We made some changes to our brief during installation and staff were extremely flexible and helpful, extending the fit-out period to accommodate the extra work required. Thank you for such an excellent job! We were desperately in need of more bike storage but our campus is crowded and so we needed quite a personal, bespoke solution - and we certainly got it! The new facilities are already in use and are the complete answer to our problem. The structures are robust and attractive, fitting perfectly into the small space available. Your employees were considerate, polite and skilled. They were very aware of the needs of working in a primary school site and were very patient with our boys and girls, who were very interested in what they were doing. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional company.

From the initial contact with External Solutions Ltd I found everyone involved with the project to be very professional and helpful. External Solutions were given a tight timescale for the completion of the works but fulfilled their obligations well within the deadline date. The quality of the workmanship and materials were excellent and the manager of the sports village where the works were carried out also indicated that he was very impressed with External Solutions and consequently I would have no hesitation in using External Solutions for similar projects in the future.

I would just like to pass on my thanks for the excellent service your company provided us whilst recently installing two bike shelters for our school. The site survey an advice received prior to a quote being drawn up was essential to us in determining solutions that would best fulfil our requirements within the budget available. The administrative staff that dealt with our subsequent questions and queries were professional and the team constructing the shelters worked efficiently and with absolute regard for safety issues whilst on site. Materials were of high quality and the site was left clean and safe at the end of the job and all work was completed within the time frame indicated in the quote. Overall, we got excellent value and excellent service and would have no hesitation in recommending External Solutions to other school and organisations.

External Solutions completed the project during the Easter Holidays so as not to disturb the school unnecessarily. Within this period they excavated and laid a concrete base, paved a cycle area, a double cycle shed (20 cycles), installed security fencing and gates and cleared the site of debris and soil before the pupils returned. The installation was of high quality, workers friendly and co-operative, work completed to the total satisfaction of the school within the allotted timescale. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any other school.
