Working to this very tight deadline, we arranged several site visits with the Sustrans Officer, working in partnership with Brighton and Hove Council, to assess the differing requirements of the 17 sites, the groundwork required, timetable for carrying out the work without interrupting the schools and site health and safety.

On securing the contract for the supply and installation of quality, value for money cycle shelters, canopies and scooter racks, External Solutions worked closely with each of the 17 schools working out best times to carry out this essential work which included working weekends.

The project was completed 2 weeks before the deadline, which is exceptional when you take into account the work carried out included all associated ground works, removal of existing facilities and installation of the new facilities.
