This work had to be completed by October 2008, and the requirements were not standard so each item would need to be designed specifically to suit, luckily External Solutions have a lot of experience and expertise and rose to the challenge.

After a site visit with Mansell to discuss their requirements, it was decided that the canopies would be produced from wood to fit in with the new school profile.

External Solutions worked closely with the customer advising and assisting though the many ideas, designs, changes to designs to find their ideal design for the wooden canopy walkway, which suited all of the requirements and location. All calculations, drawing and cad drawings were provided as part of our standard package.

All staff working on the project were CRB checked and CSCS card holders as requested, which is a standard procedure within External Solutions and the installation was carried out successfully within the allotted time scale.

The bespoke designed canopy has been named after the children’s centre ‘ the Ashmore’ and is now part of our standard product range.
